I cannot say enough good things about this company.  Frank is extremely courteous and patient.  He answers all questions regarding the job with a honest and easy to understand answer.  He professionally returned all of my calls.    
I had a new chimney installed and he performed the work as if he were doing it in his own house!  He took time and made sure the work was done correctly.  He even layed down a clean drop cloth on my carpet to make sure no dirt was brought into the house.  His price was very fair - I felt my money was well spent.  He will definately be returning to my home each year
to clean the chimney.

I called FJM and they returned my call within minutes. They were able to come to the house the day I called and cleared the obstruction in the chimney. At the time I had no power and no heat in the house due to hurricane Sandy. They did an excellent job and even got a fire going in my stove.

Just moved into a new home have been getting everything checked and serviced. Called them and was pleased to actually get a person, not an answering machine. They were able to come the very next day and were at the door promptly at 8am. They carried out the work in a neat professional manner, each worker taking the time to introduce themselves and they remembered our names as well!
The boiler pipe had evidently not been cleaned in a very long time and were able to show us the extent of the blockage. A few minor repairs were suggested for the spring as well and we will definetly call them to do the work.
They also took time to answer our questions about energy efficient options and gave us contacts of other contractors we may need as we are new to the area.

Called for service at the end of October 2011. Busy season for chimney sweeps so appointment was scheduled for the first week of December. I had arranged for a morning appointment. At 7:59AM on the day of the appointment, the doorbell rang. It shocked my wife and I that they were here so early (that was a good thing)! Workers came in, explained their process, and set-up immediately. They were very gracious and offered to move anything for us (since we were not prepared). They worked quickly and efficiently. After the cleaning, the work areas were very neat. They explained the work that they had carried out, gave us a thorough review of our chimneys, and answered questions that we had about our house. They offered to contact us next year for a service reminder. We will definitely use them again.

The entire experience was fine.

Our pellet stove kept turning off after 30 seconds. We tried several "authorized" repair shops, but they didn't return our calls. A friend then recommended FJM Chimney. The owner, Frank, arrived promptly with his assistant. He immediately and correctly diagnosed our problem and repaired the stove. He was friendly, polite, very professional, and reasonably priced. He was also most helpful in answering our questions and definitely "going the extra mile" in making sure we understood how to operate the stove to the point that it is running better than ever. I have to add that Frank is the type of person that restores your faith in people because he came when no one else would. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Frank and Eric arrived as was scheduled. They worked efficiently and didn't waste my time or theirs. They were neat and organized. From what I can tell at this point the job was done thoroughly. Frank answered all my questions professionally and in a cheerful manner.
