We had the pleasure of hiring Bekirov roofing to replace our roof Last week. Our roof had just turned 26 years old and was in great need of replacement. Our gutters we thought we’re not in any condition to be saved because in places they had 3 foot weeds growing out of them. Bekirov roofing arrived with their Crew and we done the same day. Our entire roof was replaced in addition to three rotted plywoods. Our gutters were cleaned out completely, and gutter guards were added. We did not need new gutters!!! Everything from beginning to end was done efficiently and with great care. The owner was present throughout the job And the workers were very kind and had incredible attention to detail. The amount of moss that was growing on our shingles was also insane. I expected that between the moss on the roof and the gutter clean out that there would be debris everywhere, but the cleanup was immaculate. A new roof over your head is an amazing feeling! I can’t thank them enough!

Mr. Bekirov came to the house, looked at the roof and left a sample book for us to choose the shingles. When we'd chosen them, he gave us a quote, which we compared to four other companies from whom we'd requested quotes. When we chose his company, we set a date. The workers were on time, did a beautiful job and cleaned up nicely afterward. Mr. Bekirov was either on the job or readily accessible the whole time, and the net day he stopped by to make sure we were satisfied with their work. Now we have a gorgeous roof, and I'm very grateful.

"We have been to the house about 5 or six times and tried to tell her she needed to replace back half of roof and not just do pieces because the leak could have come from anywhere on that side and they have had chiming work done after we put the roof on over 15 years ago and it's unfortunate and we do not conduct business in that manor as mrs trinkle has stated"

When he delivered it, he asked how long I would need it. I told him at that time approximately 3 weeks. About 2 weeks later I was outside and noticed the dumpster was gone. I called him and he said he had removed it because he was loosing money letting it sit at my home. I paid him $380.00 for the dumpster at the time it was delivered and he removed it without a single item in it. He never called to tell me he was going to be removing the dumpster, and I was home when he came for it and he didn't even come to the door to tell me. I have tried several times to resolve this situation with him give me my money back. He said he would only bring the dumpster back if I pay him to do the work that I originally needed the dumpster for (removing a shed). I even agreed to this as I was sort of desperate as I had already paid him money. He gave me several dates that he was going to come over and remove the shed. A total of 4 times he scheduled to come over and never showed up.

"I apologize you feel you have a bad experience. From what I remember you hired someone to take down your shed and they didn't show. You did fill the dumpster with other items . We agree to one wk rental but we left it there for three wks. We called left mssg on home and cell numbers before picking up the dumpster. As a company we don't want anyone to have a bad experience and would give any opportunity to rectify any situation so both parties have a good experience. Thank you."
