The Home Depot

That first winter, ice was forming inside the door.  Contacted Home Depot with pictures and a contractor was sent out in February to correct the problem.  Caulking was placed under the door sill - mind you this is  in winter. Second winter the same issue arose of ice formation. I contacted Home Depot on several occassions.  
 I went from 2 assistant managers, installation manager and finally to the head manager.  
I was not afforded the courtesy of a phone call until 2 months after the initial contact on July 2015.  
I was told that I should have followed protocal - had 3 estimates -prior to having the door removed and reinstalled by my own ethical and competent contractor.Just received notification from Sedgewick Insurance that they were denying the claim - statue had run out.  
I would not recommend purchasing and having any product installed by Home Depot.  They are not honest and do not stand behind their "installation you can trust."

It was reasonably priced and aesthetically nice.

Great job, completed on time at a very competitive price.

The Home Depot did a great job and their price was better than everyone else.
