First contact was 6/15/15. The redo of the covered cement porch went beautiful, pitched good so any rain that does get on the edges runs right off. I am really enjoying it. The cement pad around the Bilco door, not so good. It was pitched towards the house, so when it rained, I had deep puddles up against the foundation. I asked them to tear it out, which they did. Decided to just put sod there. No removal of any cost for their not checking the pitch before they poured the cement. Not happy about that. It was a lot of work and a lot of cement, so I didn't argue. The new Bilco door was partially assembled when I noticed it was only primed and not painted. They were going to install it and not even tell me it needed to be painted. Obviously it would be easier to paint before putting it together! I spray painted it over the weekend before they installed it!! The inside cellar door was installed (took awhile for it to come, custom size) and it wasn't plume. Had to really slam it to close it. Had to call them and the worker did promptly come out and fix it. He blamed the spray foam, don't know if that was the cause or not., but it was fixed and opens and closes easily now. As for asking about the ice on the eaves of the house. Mr. Buza recommended the electric wires. Had them install them. Had to call them a couple of times to have them fix what looked like the wires coming to close to each other and crossing. The worker did promptly come. They didn't help with the ice, just made it worse by melting the snow faster. Would not recommend the wires unless you have ice dams, which I did not. (Had insulation installed in the eaves this summer by a different company, hopefully that will solve my large icicles. They missed out on that job). Things did end up good, but, it seemed to me, that you have to keep tabs on what they are doing, and a watchful eye.

Simply put I had my overhead garage door opening opened up from an 8 foot wide door opening which had a 8 foot wide
overhead garage door for my car increased to change my 8 foot wide overhead door  for a new 10 foot wide garage door
which I was now going to use for my car instead of the existing 8 foot wide door.. They had to start by first removing the Aluminum
siding. Then removing the wood necessary to increase the door opening to 10 feet. Then build the opening to 10 feet.  Then
recut and reinstall the aluminum siding for a 10 foot foot door. Then reform and add new door trim for the finished look.
The finish door opening looked better than my original 8 foot opening, and you could not see any indication that there was
any work done on the garage at all. Except for the perfect new trim pieces. Every thing matched as before.
When he finished he stacked all the old wood neatly next to the garage for me to take to the curb for the town to pick up.
Sweap up all the shavings and cut pieces and removed that.
All in all I could not be any happier with the finished product. A garage door company came the next day and installed the
ew 10 foot wide door and it was a perfect fit. I highly recommend Steve for any work you may need to be done.

Excellent experience!! Steve & employees were professional, courteous and above all, were perfectionist! It was a complicated project. The porch roof had to be removed and 3 of the 4 (6x6 pressure-treated wood) post had to be set in a black-top driveway which was originally installed on top of solid rock. To maintain the pitch of the roof to match the house, the window access into the attic & the siding had to be removed.  A custom-made door & new siding were installed. All new white fascia soffit, gutters, down-spouts & trim installed. The posts and supporting brackets were custom-wrapped in white aluminum. Because I did not want exposed rafters inside the carport, a ceiling using T11 was installed. The project took 3 weeks and the crew worked 8 hours/day Monday-Friday, even in the cold, rain & high winds. At the end of every day, the crew swept and cleaned up the work entire work area. Lumber, shingles, equipment were neatly stored & covered. The high quality of the materials, the construction, the custom-finish work and the completed carport all exceeded my expectations. This could easily be converted to an additional room...it looks that great!! I believe it was worth every penny. When I called my insurance agent to add the carport to my homeowners, she stated that around $80 per square foot is what is expected for this type of addition.

They came on time and they finished on time for me. We have no complaints with this company and would highly recommend them. Also he made sure we had his two best guys on the job.

I did not use them. The quote was about $4600. My experience with them was fairly good. I thought their price was high. I wound up using another company. I had them in for one day for an hour. I felt their estimate was in the very high list. Maybe it wasn't a big enough job for them; I don't know.

We have created a list of items that we were not happy with. Overall, they are not what we expected with attention to detail. In the painting, there is some lint in the walls, which we will fix through another contractor. The toilet in the new bathroom won't fit due to where the pipes were installed. The floor is already down, so that will need to be removed, which I am not happy with.

They did very good work but I thought that they were very expensive. They were easy to communicate with and promptly returned my phone calls. I would recommend them to others but with a warning that they are very pricey.
