Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
The work was poorly done in the first place. The spout in the tub was cracked and rigged to work for a short time. If not discovered when it was, it would have leaked behind the wall causing even more damage. The tub surround was not sized correctly nor glued in properly. It promptly fell down within hours after we closed on the house. Efforts to resolve the problem through the seller's agent were met with a rude refusal to make repairs. This guy does not stand behind his work. He and the seller spent the least amount of effort and money on this project so they could net cash from the insurance claim with no regard for further damage that might have been caused by their actions.
