Lowe's

Lowe’s hired an outside company MIG. One section with fascia was never started or completed. Three other sections installed improperly. MIG was back three times to repair. Months passed and no satisfaction from Lowe’s. Complaint filed with corporate quality office. No action taken. Refund demanded and refused. I have another contractor ready to replace all the work that Lowe’s / MIG did since it was done wrong. Filing complaint with NYS Attorney General for refund.

Nice assortment of products, good prices, and easy return policy.

For remodeling we used Lowe's. They did a bad job. They did a really bad job and it was several months overdue, the deadline. They messed the house. They had several change orders because they didn't plan things correctly. They really did the whole thing very badly. I have nothing to say about them. The punctuality is definitely a 'F'. They acted professionally on my face. Their quality was really bad. I still have issues with it. I am still trying to repair things on my own that they were supposed to do right. I will definitely not use them again in the future.

I was very impressed with my experience with lowes. I was invited to go to a local granite warehouse to pick out my actual slabs. The gentleman who measured for square footage was extremely knowledgable and offered us a few suggestions to make our kitchen even better. After Lowes received the actual specs they called to set up an appointment. They called the day before to confirm installation and gave me a window of one hour. 15 minutes before they arrived they called to say they were on their way and reminded me that all areas needed to be cleared. The workmen were professional organized and efficient. Lowes had given us a 4 to 6 week estimate from start to finish. It actually took a little more than four weeks from start to finish.
