Gasparini Landscaping

I choose Gasparini Landscaping due to their high ratings on Angie's list. The entire project was handled via the internet by working with their project manager Scott Gasparini. Working with Scott was a pleasure. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The work was completed on time and the construction crew did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to use them again and strongly recommend them to others.

This was easily one of our BEST experiences with a contractor ever. Over the past five years, we have done numerous renovations on our home, and Gasparini's stands at the top of our list for satisfaction. Their work was beautiful, and they were always punctual and professional. For example, they took care to cover our lawn with mats so as not to tear it up while bringing their equipment out back. In addition, the following spring, when a few of the grasses didn't come back, they returned and replaced these...no questions asked. We have, and will contnue to, recommend this company to others.

It went great! To start, they took the bull by the horns and managed the entire project.  Including managing the pool, which was installed by Liverpool Pool & Spa(LPS).  They worked with LPS to set up start and finish dates, the install itself, the exact position, size, layout, and elevation of the pool! My wife and I didn't have to do a thing!
After the pool was installed and up and running, Gasparini Landscaping then moved in to do the rest! The patio was graded and installed, we love Edwin! The firepit and sitting wall were done at the same time.  After that portion was completed, they moved onto the large boulder walls and landscaping.  Then came the lighting, which is one of my favorite parts, would highly recommend lighting any landscaping project.
After all of that, the landscaping, the yard, and the fencing went in! All in all, the process was incredibly smooth, and painless for my wife and I!
I can't say enough good things about the crews that worked on our project, and the Management provided by both Gary and Scott Gasparini!

They showed up on time to provide a quote and showed up on the scheduled day for the work.  They exceeded expectations on rebuilding the retaining wall and surprised us with a half-dozen hearty mums in our new landscape. The workers were very respectful, asked for approval along the way and worked very hard. The boss stopped by a couple of times to make sure everything was going well.

I am very pleased with the job.  Scott was very good at modifying the design to keep within my budget constraints.  The crew was right on time and worked full days.  They were courteous and friendly and cleaned up the yard before they left.

Original work was done late October, early November in 2012. Workers were on-site when they said they would be and finished the job in one week or so. They were very professional and kept the area as clean as on could. The wall is lovely and it was so much fun watching the mason construct it. The patio and walkway are very nice but after the first freeze thaw are no longer flush to the ground. This isn't Gasparini's fault but still a bit of a disappointment. After a few rains it became apparent that the ground was not leveled properly and we experienced pooling near the patio. S. Gasparini responded positively and they have done "warranty" work and just recently added topsoil and replanted the grass last week as he said they would. They will return next week to regrout the patio and walkway as there is grass coming up through, something we distinctly wanted to avoid. I didn't give Gasparini's an A because they did have to come back to take care of a few things. However, they have been incredibly responsive to our requests and are very pleasant to deal with. The plantings are lovely, the people are professional and overall we are pleased with their willingness to come back to make things right. I think they are a bit more expensive then some, but not much. And given how responsive they are to questions and concerns, I would certainly have them back again to do more work.

We have not done the work yet but might in the future. I think they were great. The estimate was done last fall and the owner himself came to do the estimate. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and on time. The price was kind of high but, from what we have heard of them, it was probably worth it. If we had a question, they had an answer.

They were professional, nice and on time.  Our front and backyard lawns were destroyed during the reinvation (we knew this would happen), but they did a great job of repairing the damage and re-seeding our lawn.  They made sure we knew how to care for our new lawn and landscaping.  We are very happy with the service they provided. 

We needed landscaping done around our home after 26 years - everything just got overgrown and some plants were not in very good shape.  We had tried to hook up with one  local landscaper 2 years ago, but did not have a successful outcome.  Not wanting a similar experience and knowing this was going to be an expensive investment, we wanted to find a landscaper we could count on.  That's when I turned to Angie's list to help us make our decision.  After reading over reviews of several landscapers we decided we would go with Gasparini Landscaping - and we are very happy with our decision.  Gary was very professional, gave good advice, and I loved his blue prints.  His crew, who worked at our home , were also very friendly and professional.  All the work was done in two days and we have also had someone come out to check on how all the plantings were doing. We are looking forward to Gary maintaining the landscaping and creating a new area for us in our backyard in the spring.

We had heard about him, and he does good work. He is a nice fellow. He is very dependable, he is a good worker, and he knows what he is doing. He gave us a nice price. We had other quotes, and his quote was very close to the others, but we selected him because we got good recommendations for him. His punctuality was excellent, he was right on time.

Worker[s] were prompt and did his/ their job per the "blue prints" we had okayed.  The business owner responded quickly to any concerns or questions we had.  After the drains and top soil/seeding were done, we requested additional soil and seeding due to low spots after rainstorms/settling ground.  It was done soon after.

His name is Gary Gasparini and they are very good. We have used them for many years and they are very reliable. They are very timely and come when they say they are going to be coming. Their shrubbery is guaranteed. If they put it in and one or two happen to die, which can happen with any company a lot of times, they will replace them at no extra charge. They come and take them out and replace the bushes. They have replaced bushes twice for us. Their prices are competitive with any of the other ones here in Syracuse. He is not expensive or cheap and is right along with all the others that are good.

I like them they were very efficient, timely and when they gave me a time period of when they were coming they did come. They did finish it and I was satisfied with that.

Gary Gasparini, the landscaper from Gasparini Landscaping Co. maintains my hundred year old yard and keeps it all appropriate.  I have never needed to add any new landscaping.  I like him a lot.  He keeps it neat, clean and under control.  I would continue to use his services in the future.

I have never, ever had a problem with him or his company. They are professional, competent, and overall great! I would trust him to do anything on my property. He is not the cheapest, but the money I have paid him over the years has been more than worth it. I will never use anyone else. PS When I first used him, he was a young man who cut my lawn, but has become a major landscaping company. Good for you, Gary!!!

Gasparini is a nice young man. The work is very good, they work very hard.
