They arrived after I left for work and were gone by the time I got home. Cleaned up so you couldn't even tell they were there! The new roof is beautiful.

Called Jason to quote replacing my roof with the specifications of everything I wanted. He gave me the best price out of the 3 companies I had quote my roof and he told me that he would replace my roof in one day.  Great crew of great guys and great communication. Once the shingles were ripped off, it was apparent that my roof had never been vented properly that ruined the  plywood underneath and all 66 sheets had to be replaced. Rather than charge me at the agreed price for each sheet, he gave me a better price, which I was greatly thankful for.  He also redesigned a couple of design flaws on my roof that had created problems in the past. 

I appreciated there work and honesty. I have children and worried about nails left behind.  I haven't found 1 yet!  I would recommend this company to anyone and will definitely have them do my work on my home.

Good except they damaged my gutter cards and damaged a few planrts

Had some problems with a leak 1-1/2 years after installation; called numerous times, hard to get a call back.  Finally they came to fix the problem.  But a year later, there was still a problem with leaks.  Again, numerous calls and no response.  Finally went to another contractor to have problem resolved.

This is the 2nd time I have used Custom Quality.  The first was a roof and this time was for a complete remodel/install of my kitchen.  I was beyond impressed throughout the entire remodel.  Greg was excellent! He was incredibly helpful from the very start and was a very nice man to work with. Originally, he came to the house, listened to what I had in mind and ran with it.  I loved the drawings he came back with and he even went to HD & Lowes and took the time to sit down and work with the designers for me on the kitchen design so when he presented it to me it was in full color and I had a visual instead of just a sketch. This also gave me the pricing for what my cabinets would cost so I could see if I wanted to add or change anything.  He also worked with me all along with figuring out counters, flooring etc. and gave me great advice on what was good or not so good to go with as far as product quality.  Once the actual work began they were there every day right when he said they would be.  My house was quite a challenge as my original builder cut corners (it appears) so we ran into quite a few obstacles throughout the remodel.  Greg just took it in stride and overcame everything without any issues.  Part of the remodel involved tearing out a built in pantry and moving a doorway to another part of the wall to add a an additional full wall of cabinet where there was nothing prior.  Both came out so perfectly you would never know this wasn't part of the original kitchen.  Kitchen remodeling can be very challenging and stressful but these guys made it go smoothly and I never felt stressed or put out by the work being done. Overall I love, love, love my new kitchen and was just incredibly impressed with everything.  I would highly recommend them to anyone!

The roof was on before I came home from work. Excellent job done. Jason was very conscientious and reported to me a problem I had with my chimney. I was pleased with the service and the price. I received estimates close to and for thousands more. I'm glad I chose this company.

The man came for the estimate when he said he would. He was thorough in explaining each thing they would do and listening to things we wanted. The crew came on the date they said they would at 8 am. They finished everything in one day. We had to leave at 5 and they were still at our home finishing and cleaning up. There were 2 areas in the plantings we found small debris and some nails. We emailed them and they responded to the email and came that day and picked it all up. He said if there was any significant damage to any of our bushes or planting they are sorry and would pay for the plant and work of replacing it.

Very well. They were here on the hottest day of the year (100 degrees)and did the job with professionalism and on time..

These guys did a great job! They came in the morning after I left for work, and when I returned, they had left, after completing the whole job. They cleaned up everything, so it looked like they hadn't even been there. Their price was very competitive with other quotes we got, and they were very responsive (I had to get the roof done by the end of September and they bumped me up to early September).
I would definitely use them again!

I liked the price and customer service. We did have to have them come back and do things that they left undone and that was a pain, but the roofing crew did not know how to put the siding back on, so I had to show them how to do it. They tried, they definitely were willing to come back out. The roof is a complicated roof and they were great with it. They only took a few days too.

I was very satisfied with them. They were really honest with the condition of my roof. They walked me through all the issues that they found with my roof. When they came, it did take a little time because they were very busy, and when they came, they were done in a day and about 2 hours. It was like a flood hit my home, but they really were done in about 24 hours. Anything they found beyond, they immediately got me, showed me why something else had to be replaced. Before they would do any work, they had to get it approved by me. They were very very professional. When they left, I think I might have found 1 nail in my driveway, otherwise they picked up everything. They were wonderful. especially with the mess, because we wanted not just getting a new roof, but a lot of the trasses on our house that has to be replaced, and its beautiful. They were very prompt.

I was very impressed with this company. They were referred to me by my neighbor who had used them last year. Jason was the person that I spoke with several times and each time he was very friendly and informative. I had a lot of questions which he always answered very professionally and never made me feel as if I was an annoying homeowner with too many questions. They sent me a list of houses with various colors so I could check out in person what color shingles I wanted which helped tremendously over looking at just a small sample. The day of the work a very large crew showed up and got right to work. There were people both on the roof and in my back yard cleaning up debris that fell to the yard. Each of the crew members I interacted with were very friendly and polite as well which was a nice addition. There were problems found that were not orignally anticpated (additional rotted plywood, bees nests etc.) and the crew fixed them without hesitation and in the end my entire roof and skylights were done in 7 hours. After they left I never even knew they had been there. They were very dilligent about making sure there was no construction debris, nails, shingle pieces or anything left in my yard, driveway and deck which for me is a huge deal considering I have two dogs that run the back yard. I was truly impressed with this company and would definitely recommend them for anyone else. I'm considering doing a kitchen remodel and would contact them without hesitation.
