Superior Co-Op HVAC

Josh and his crew came out yesterday and installed a Mitsubishi heat pump. They did a fantastic job and figured out how to run everything that is needed out to the main outside unit in a way that was much better than I had thought of. They are real professionals around this. They could not have been better, professional and you can trust that your satisfaction is their first and foremost consideration. Plus, the price quote from Gerald was a good price and there were no surprises. The crew came in and did a grand job at the price quoted. Can't get better than that.

We were looking to cool our 1500 sq. ft. Log Home in Lake Luzerne NY with a ductless system and contacted Gerald Davis at Superior Co_Op HVAC as one of (3) providers listed in our area as preferred by Mitsubishi Electric. Gerald was the first to call us back and set up time to come to the house the next day. It was very clear throughout the discussion of our requirements and the walkthrough that his knowledge of the product and his experience with heating and cooling in general was what we had hoped and there was no need to contact another provider for the job. He laid out everything we needed in very clear terms and, gave us a quote that was very reasonable and let us know he could start the work as soon as we were ready. The job required (2) outdoor units and (4) indoor and was completed in the expected timeframe (3 days) and very much to our satisfaction. Gerald and his assistant Brett, who was first day on job, were very pleasant to work with, left the site clean every day and worked very efficiently as a team, despite no previous experience together. We were left with a very clear understanding of the cooling/heating system they installed and how to operate it. In the end, we felt very confident we made the right decision choosing Gerald and SCOOP HVAC for our project and have decided to start an annual service contract with them for all our plumbing and heating maintenance. Highly recommend these guys for any projects in this space.

I didn't know this guy, and he took time to understand what I needed. He didn't oversell me on something I didn't need. He went out of his way to make it happen. I paid him for what he said he was going to do. He delivered and so did I. I'd recommend Gerald and his company. You get what you pay for, and I like that. It's rare that you can set an appointment online, that far out, and he made it happen. Keep up the good work. You and your team...two thumbs up.

Excellent job. Very knowledgeable and explained everything so I could understand. Gerald has a huge amount of experience and it shows. His technicians were on time, quick and yet thorough. I would highly recommend Superior Co-Op HVAC.

Excellent ! Josh &'partner did a efficient & professional job with the electrical installation for the HP. They kept me informed of the work in progress & completed a review of the work with me to answer all questions. Very good crew. Gerald ( Company owner ) also very informative & great to deal with.

Excellent! Gerald was here within an hour...on New Years Day!!! I have been meaning to sign up for his monthly service contract, since he came out this summer to replace our power board on our pool heater (which he found was under warranty) and mother nature finally gave me to reason to move forward on it. I am sure having him maintain and trouble shoot on a regular basis will save us time and money in the long-term and give us peace of mind all year long.

Gerald has a superior knowledge of al things HVAC related. He comes on time and can always diagnose the problem. His fixes and recommendations are spot on and we highly recommend his services for a thorough job well done.
