 + -1 moreMany of the pieces arrived damaged. It was nearly impossible to get in touch with someone to replace the parts. Once we did make contact, we were told by a couple of people that they would call us back with a tracking number for the replacement parts. A week and half later, still no call or parts. After several more phone calls, we finally got a tracking number. Here is the kicker. When the replacement parts arrived, they were the wrong parts.
Description of Work: This is actually a supplier for do-it-yourself-ers. They supplied 300 feet of fence, which we put up ourselves.
