"We’re very sorry to hear about your negative experience. We reviewed our notes on your job and this is what we found: On July 7, 2014 our crew installed 140’ of new drip edge on house and garage, 18’ of downspout, and 3 elbows on the front left lower, re-pitched the upper rear and lower front gutters to complete the work contracted by you. We billed you for the work, as our terms are payment due upon completion. When we had not received a check after a month, we called you. It was then you told us of your leak. We immediately scheduled a crew to come out on August 8, 2014. They re-pitched the lower front gutters to your specification since you wanted more pitch than we normally recommend and additionally re-pitched the upper front gutter which wasn’t part of the original contract. On August 22, 2014 we received a check from you for payment in full. Since we never heard from you again, we thought the job was completed to your satisfaction, especially since payment was made. We found out you weren’t satisfied through your review 2 years later on Angie’s list. We wish you had contacted us first and gave us the opportunity to satisfy you. Water issues are trial and error, which we told you, and we don’t expect any customer to pay for a job until they are 100% satisfied. Please contact us.
