The appraisal was supposed to be done three and a half weeks ago. I haven't been able to successfully contact them. I had a bad experience with them from day one. The appointment got changed three times. They were 40 minutes late to show up for the fourth appointment. They aren't very reliable. He called me a half hour after the appointment time that he was going to be late. He isn't a very punctual person, which bothers me.
