Twin Swan

Lowest bidder, fastest response and they did a great job. Sometimes with low bidder you have to worry, but not with Twin Swan. I was very satisfied.

I was extremely satisfied with the work done and the price provided.  The owner responded quickly and gave me an estimate on the spot. Work was done promptly.   I even shared a piece of a  hosta on my property  because the owner admired it so.  I was so satisfied, in fact, that I asked him to come back and do some more work.  He again responded quickly, came out, and said he would email me a quote (rather than provide on the spot like the first time which should have been my first clue)  Since I did not remember sharing my email, I called and left it with him.  I heard nothing back. I then placed numerous calls asking him for the quote or, at the very least, some indication of whether he wanted the job or not. I received no response.  I then placed a final call indicating that I needed some indication from him asap as I had several bushes lined up to plant and the "call before digging" people had marked the land. Nothing.  Barring some emergency or medical reason for not responding, I can only speculate that this person has no business sense, is arrogant, rude, a little "off"  or all of the above.  At the very least, he could have called or emailed that  he was not interested instead of blowing me off.  I don't need anyone who does business this way, and I would not recommend him to others.... unless doing business with someone who runs hot and cold and leaves you hanging for days is appealing...  Very disappointed on many levels.  If he didn't want or need the work, then fine.  But to shun someone outright  who is under the gun for time, and who treated him kindly and with respect, is just mind boggling.  There are plenty of others out there who are glad to get the work and who know how to treat people.

Work was completed as expected. Trees were skillfully removed to avoid impacting nearby wires and/or dwelling. Efforts were made to minimize damage to plants and clean up was thorough.

Very Professional, They arrived as scheduled, performed the job as agreed upon, and left the yard very clean.

Came very soon after I called. Cost was by the hour. They were neat and thorough and customer oriented. I know they do more in the way of tree work, except for jobs that would need a crane. I would definitely hire them again

I found him listed on Angie's list and called for a quote. He was actually $400 cheaper than my other quote and the other did not include grinding the stump. He was on time and the work went according to plan. He cleaned up after as well.

Their price and quality of service were excellent. I would use their services again in the future.

I did have a good experience with them. The owner is Bernie Kuczek Sr. They did some cleanup work in the yard for me and they did a very good job. If we have another tree to be removed, I would call them again. They were very neat. They cleaned up every day before they left. They came back when they said they would be there the next day so that was good. The level of professionalism, quality and cleanup was very high. Every day when they left, the place was clean. They were here for three days cleaning up trees for us. They were excellent.
