He came and did a diagnostic very quickly. But then the job was delayed 10 days - probably due to National Grid scheduling (they had to shut off power). On the scheduled day, work was started and finished fairly quickly. Seems to have done an excellent job. My only complaint was I thought the price was quite high.

Were slow on turn around to call for service but once did set time showed up promptly and resolved issue in less than 30 minutes.

Joe was very responsive and very helpful while providing a quote and completing the work . He provided the most detailed scope of the 3 quotes we received and answered any questions we had promptly. Would definitely hire again for any future work.

My two B ratings: his charges are probably consistent with the profession---a bargain would have gotten an excellent! Professionalism: I insisted that the timers be set so I could see how to do it. He went too fast and after he left I realized he hadn't set it correctly. I spent a very long time setting it...and then, only by accident, but knock on wood, it seems to be working fine now. I'm very pleased to have these timers working because the old ones had been problematic since the day they were installed by someone else.

Joe and his son did a great job with this installation. They were friendly and professional and went out of their way to find installation options that would require the least amount of cutting into walls. We had the work done a couple of weeks ago and everything is working well. We'd definitely call them again.

Fast, responsive service, fair and very clear precise quote, excellent service. Joe suggested a better repair plan that had been previously imagined and then took care of the problem quickly. He could have done it the other way, that is what we had expected, and he would have made a lot more money. I am overjoyed to have found a contractor who is a true professional. Joe was actually early for the appointment to provide an estimate. Because he was early, he called me first, very considerate.  He was gracious when I told him I wanted to get other estimates.
  When I called him back to say I wanted him to do the job, he told me he would he there at 9AM on the 12th. At 8:45 I got a call from him when he informed me he would be about 1 hour late. He was there by 10AM as promised. ( I found this communication very refreshing. )
  It took about 5 hours to install the new 200 amp service which included a new entrance into the house. All that time he and his son were courteous, professional and extremely competent. 
  I later had a question for Joe and he cheerfully answered it with no hesitation.
  Would I recommend him to others, without a doubt. I will not call anyone else!!

Joe and his son were extremely responsive and professional. They came out within a day or two to do an estimate gave us a quote that day. My husband is an engineer and wanted top of the line parts and quality. Not only did Joe make excellent suggestions to save us some money, his work is pristine. My husband said it's the most beautiful panel box he's ever seen (if such things can be beautiful, lol). We are extremely pleased with the quality of work performed, the professionalism of Joe and his son, as well as their pricing. They were fair and very reasonable for the amount of work that was done and with the added expense of the special materials. Thank you, Joe. We will definitely use you in the future and recommend you to all our friends in need of an electrician!

Connected with Joe and he was able to scedule us quickly since he had an appointment in the neighborhood. He provided materials to hardwire smoke detectors in all bedrooms (to code) and found a deteriated electrical box was cause of kitchen outlets not working. He also said he found a couple other things that needed fixing to code in the electrical kitchen outlets. He and his son showed up on time, worked steadily and efficiently.
