The installation crew arrived a little bit early and got right to work, they were thoughtful enough to lay down drop clothes anyplace they would be working. They worked very well together and did a very nice job installing the unit and the chimney liner.
The crew was very thourogh when they explained all of the features and operating instructions. When the building inspector arrived to check the job, he commented that it was a nice installation. Once the work was complete, they cleaned up very well and left no trace other than our beautiful new fireplace. It is nice to be able to do business with a small local company with competitive prices and superior customer service. We would definitely recommend them!
Arrived on time and did not rush to complete the job rather took the time to do it right and explain what was going on to me.
