The end result of this renovation is fantastic. Frank was very sensitive to the antique nature of our home. He worked very hard to create rooms which are in harmony with the age of our house. He created beautiful moldings and details that enhance the new rooms. He frequently checked with us and gave us choices, when possible, without overwhelming us or dictating. Frank is a problem solver. When problems arose, which is unavoidable, especially in an old house, Frank cleverly found solutions that worked. We have been left with a classic, stunning kitchen which should stand the test of time. The tv room is also beautiful, airy and quite functional for our needs. We are very pleased with Frank's work.

Roofing was installed, new floors were put in, including the complete structural framing, electrical and plumbing was installed, dry wall, and painting, you name it, and it was part of this project until it was finished. This contractor played a major role in seeing to it that the planning was done correctly, supplies needed were ordered and purchased, and then scheduled the projects to be completed in the proper order and with excellent supervision. And, everything was done with excellence.

He is reliable, reasonable and honest. He did a beautiful job.

We are 12 years into a whole house rebuild, most of which we had done ourselves. Unfortunately, we ran out of youth. We had the master bath left to do and just couldn't find a starting place. We heard about Frank Pentz and asked him to come over and talk to us about the things he could do for us and the parts we wanted to do ourselves. Even though it is probably more difficult to do bits and pieces of a project, Frank did not hesitate and worked with my husband to get the project to exactly where we wanted it to be. He was personable and enjoyable to work with. He is competent and capable. He offered many excellent solutions to blending our old house with a new addition. We intend to have Frank come back and help us in the future, perhaps many times. The whole experience was enjoyable and he helped make the impossible possible!
