Project estimator did not keep appt. time. Said that he called and left a vm but there was no call, did not call to confirm when the start date would be even though he said that he would. Since he did not keep the appointment to check the roof from the inside, he called while working on the roof to say that it would now cost $2,500more than the original estimate because rotted boards were found. This could have been prevented if he had viewed the roof from the inside as well as looking at it from the outside. I feel that he added this extremely high amount to the bill because at first I declined his estimate because another company gave a lower estimate. It was his way of saying "screw you." The mess inside the attic after the work was completed wasdeliberate. Yes, there will be some debris left after a roof is torn off but there was 100 pounds of construction debris left in the attic - large pieces of broken wood, roofing shingles and nails. It took 7 hours to clean up the mess left. When this was mentioned to him, his response was - "What do you expect?" I have had roofs done on other houses and yes there was debris left in the attic but it was a manageable amount.

I was very satisfied with the work done by Zwick Home Improvement. They did the job exactly as I wanted it done. It was done with speed, style and professionalism.

Zwicks Home Improvement did a great job. Zwicks was recommended to me. I have no complaints or problems.
