Window Depot USA

The vice president Mr. Grimaldi was very rude because I said the window was net what I order it out of light in my living room & it is an eye sure. He wouldn't even let me get a different window.

My family has always delt with window depot so on May 25th I have a salesman (Glenn) come to my home to write up an estimate.  He lets me know that they are bakced up and it won't be ready for install timm 6/25/2011. When I had called on that date, the woman told me that no it won't be ready Glenn shouldn't have given you that date and we'll call you. Mid July rolls around and no call. I call them. The window that came in was all white. I needed brown. They had to send it back. At this stage I wish they would have told me. I would have cancelled the order. August comes around no phone call so on 8/8/2011 I call them. I'm told the window is on the truck and we'll call you about installation when it gets in later in the week. No phone call. I call on 8/15/2011...The window is on two seperate trucks we'll call you tomorrow....8/16/2011...still no phone call...so in the review, I'm actually hoping the job is done by the end of the month.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

10/08/2011...Sliding glass door is finally schedule to be installed....

10/08/2011....Sliding door was installed....installers did not make sure the door lock fastened to the lock on the inside of the frame. For a week I had a door that was just secured by the foot lock. Serviceman came out  (10/26) and couldn't fix the problem. Had to email the manufacturer for a fix....AVOID!!!!!!!

11/17/2011 Manufacturer serviceman scheduled to come out. 3 weeks + after initial service call.

Salesman came and measured windows on November 17th. Two weeks later I was contacted that they suspected windows had been measured wrong. Sure enough they were. I asked if this would put me behind two weeks and they said it wouldn't. However, when windows were due to come in I received a call saying that they had failed to make the truck (that may or may not have been their fault-I don't know). Consequently, I had to wait another week to replace windows (two of which were broken) in the middle of a Buffalo winter. My tenants and myself agreed that they were not particularly good at cleaning up either.
