Western Division Federal Credit Union

Western Division has routinely found ways to nickel and dime customers with fees including bill pay fees, check transaction fees, etc. Additionally they have a terrible network of ATMs forcing customers to take on additional fees when one of the few ATMs isn't readily available. The website is awkward, difficult to navigate, unclear, and not current. Transacting business on the website is difficult and confusing.

We regularly transact business with Western Division and have learned that have either frequently changing policies about check types, amounts, clearance times, processing fees OR the entire staff is unclear of the policies of the bank. The lack of consistently leads me to believe there is a high possibility of fraud or mistake causing financial hardships to customers.

My wife has left the bank on more than one occasion crying because of the frustration, inaccuracy, and unprofessionalism of the staff in the bank. Money and banking are hard enough without an untrained staff, unprofessional bank, and fluid policies designed to confuse and irritate the customer base.

We'd be better off with the money under our mattress.
