I have used WWM several times since moving to the Buffalo area. They are professional, responsive, and my cat loves them! I have recommended them to several friends and work colleagues.

Very little, we just have moved to the area, we contacted them online and we received from somebody a short notice that they were able to provide, they were very reasonable, very nice and quick to return on our calls. About the price, I don't have access to all that stuff here in front of me but I remember it is very reasonable. Absolutely, we will use them again.

There is really only one way to sum it up, they rock. Lauren and Laura's team are all wonderful. We were with them for a few years, so we got to meet several different dog walkers and animal care takers. Everyone single one of them was as nice as could be. Every time we returned from being away, we loved reading the journal of their time with our pets. We have used them for over 5 years and will continue to do so for years to come.

I had been trying to contact one pet sitting service who never answered their phone and only had a mechanized voice recording and I didn't feel comfortable leaving my information. Another service did not service my area of town, but they did recommend WW'NM, so I called them instead. WW 'N M is operated very professionally. Their out-going message identified their business, and they returned my call within the hour. Lauren set up an appointment to meet with us and brought one of her employees with her. They have a rates and services sheet that clearly spells out all of their services and fees which she presented with her card upon meeting us. She took detailed notes as I took her around the house to show her the litter boxes locations and while I described the cats' routines and feeding amounts. Lauren and Otto both gave me their cell phone numbers and encouraged us to call or text if we had any questions or concerns while we were gone. When we returned from our extra-long weekend (we took Friday off as well), all of the cats were alive, the plants looked healthy and we had a neat stack of mail to sort through. We also had daily reports filled out by either Lauren or Otto, depending on who was doing the "sitting." We have since used their services two more times, including the week of Christmas. They are great to work with and very reliable.
