 + -1 moreI have water on the ceiling in my bedroom. Paul the owner called to return phone call, but didn't say anything more about coming out. I had someone else come out. I feel like its not good customer service to put on a new roof, then not to answer the phone the first time they call with an issue.
Description of Work: They put on the roof eight years ago, but for the past three weeks no one has been getting back in contact with me.
