Turkmasters Contracting LLC

Our roof was replaced by Martin Roofing/Turkmasters in September 2024. We had a major leak over the winter due to gutters being installed improperly. I have called 3-4 times over the past month and have not received a response. My Google review was responded to asking me to call to discuss…. After not returning any of my previous calls. The owner also said they are not affiliated with Martin Roofing; however, the business was purchased and our previous roof was done by Martin Roofing and was subcontracted out to Turkmasters. At the very least, beware that when faced with a possible issue instead of addressing it, this company will ignore any attempts to communicate.

Moe and crew are very professional and excellent workmen ship. the crew work like a well oiled machine. Moe and his crew were on time to start and finish project on time, they protected property / work area and excellent with clean up .

I was very impressed with Turkmasters! The workman (there were a lot of them!) showed up on time and got right to work. They covered all bushed and leaned flakeboard against the house to cover all windows. The job included a complete tear off, shingles installed, replacing a flat rook, replacing a skylight, and replacing the roof on a shed. After everything was done, they did a great job cleaning up. Someone even came the next day and spent well over an hour going over the lawn to pick up any stray nails or trash that the main crew may have missed. Everyone was very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

During the initial install, the owner didn't properly communicate the work to be done to the crew so the wrong area of roof was replaced. When I called, the owner acknowledged that he should've been more clear and present onsite to ensure the work was done correctly. It took over a month, a formal letter and some phone calls/ texts to get the crew back out to do the contracted work. During the second install, it was suggested several times that they were doing me a favor. The quality of the works seems good, but doing business with this company has been very difficult.

They did an incredible job. They were efficient, professional and courteous.

Turkmasters was quick, and professional right from the beginning. They were quick to respond this winter when we called for a free estimate after a windstorm ripped many of the shingles off our home. We had a few estimates done by a few local companies, and Turkmasters was not only the best price, but they provided a longer warranty, and a better product. We didn't even need to sleep on the decision, and immediately set up a contract with them. They were very quick in coming out and starting the project. Our home, from start to finish, was completed in just under 3 days. The workmanship looks fantastic, and we are fully confident in the job that was done; also, the clean up afterwards was extremely well done. They came back a day later to walk through the property, and plan to come back once more in the spring to triple check their work. I highly recommend Turkmasters for any roofing or gutter needs you may have for your home, you can't go wrong with them!

I hired them because they did the roof across the street and saw that they did a good job and was organized. The men were skilled in roofing and gutters only which I think is very important because they know what they are doing and don't split their work with other professions. They showed up on time 8:00 AM, every man had their own job and they finished my roof at 8:45 PM (same day) and cleaned up all materials before they left. The next day they had someone pressure wash my driveway and did an outstanding job at that as well. Excellent company did exact what they were supposed to do. They also had very competitive pricing. They did such a good job on my roof that the guy next door is also going to use them for his roof in August.

Turkmasters redesigned the flat roof so that it is pitched nicely away from the house. They also redid the surrounding gutters. Everything looks seemless and finished. Best of all, there has been no evidence of leakage since they completed the job. We are so relieved to finally have the leak problem solved, and we are so pleased with the work they did. They communicated their design plans clearly, and they showed up when they said they would. The whole team was professional, and the owner is especially pleasant to deal with. We absolutely recommend Turkmasters to anyone who is in need of a roof!

I was very impressed by all details of the job Turkmasters did for me. The salesman was very responsive and professional. He made sure all details were taken care of in a timely manner. The workers were friendly and professional. My neighbors were impressed by the way they cleaned up after the job including debris that found its way onto their property. I was very happy that they did the job at the time I had requested because timing was important as I was leaving town for an extended period. The quality of the work is excellent and the price was reasonable. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

They were very efficient and neat. They finished the job and did beautiful work. It was a very fair price and I would definitely hire them again.

All this was done in one day, 14 men on crew and they were very professional, also the clean up was like they were never there. Crew was on time started 8:30 am completed 5:30 pm, all neighbors were very impressed, also they covered all shrubs, flowers, and anything that might get damaged, Would give Turkmasters a 100 and an aaa+++ a 10 out of 10.

Turkmasters did an excellent job. We actually called them for a quote before buying this home becuase we had a great experience with another home in the city.
Come check out their work at our home at 88 Lexington Avenue in the city. This is a large victorian home (4.5 stories). They did a full roof tear off. 17 men worked together to remove 2 layers of cedar shake and 3 layers of asphalt roofing materials.
The owner did a full rebuild of the frame around our rotting dutch gutters.

I have painters scheduled to paint my house next week. I was trying to get by without replacing my 20 year old patched porch roof. As luck would have it, a couple of weeks ago in a heavy rain it started to leak again, so I wanted to get the work done before the painters came. Moses from Turkmasters came to explain what needed to be done and give me an estimate for the work. He gave me a detailed description of what they would do and why. He said they would try to get it done in the time frame I needed, but couldn't guarantee it as they were scheduling for mid- July. Because it was a small job Moses said that if they finished another job early they would try to squeeze me in. Fortunately for me he called this morning to say they were going to be finishing a job early this afternoon and would be able to do my roof today!
The crew from Turkmasters was professional and efficient. They were able to tear off the old roof and replace it and the gutters by dinnertime. They also did some unscheduled carpentry repairs without additional charge. I have a small yard with no driveway or garage and most of the front yard is gardens. I was amazed at how they were able to move equipment and debris across the lawn without causing any damage! They also did a through job cleaning up. You wouldn't have even known they were here except for my beautiful new roof and gutters! I highly recommend Turkmasters.

I have a very large house in the city. They could not have been more professional. They showed up when promised and kept me posted and finished very quickly. There we a lot of workers each day and they were completely done in three days. The roof looks great. They even fixed a few other problems that showed up. The most unusual thing was that there was no yelling no swearing and no music blaring. It was a real pleasure to have them around. I think my yard is cleaner then when they began. I could not be more pleased.

Turk Masters was very professional and they did my entire roof in a day. They at 14 guys here tearing off the 2 layers. Mo explained everything to me regarding all the necessary flashing.

It went very well. They gave us a heads-up as to the approximate start date and then texted the night before they began work to say the weather was good enough to start. The entire project took about a day and a half. They sent over a ton of workers. If it wasn't for the structural damage, it probably would have been done in one day. The works appears to be very good (can't really see the roof, but what we can see is excellent.) They did a good job of cleaning up - better than when our neighbor's roof was replaced a couple of years ago. The employees we talked to were all very friendly and their spec sheet/contract was very detailed. Our house is very close to the houses next door and Turkmasters was well equipped to deal with that challenge. Just make sure your neighbors know they are coming! They did have to get into the neighbors' yards and against their houses. Turkmasters seem to do a good job of covering and protecting the houses so there was no damage from the roofing materials.

The roofers showed up and completed a tear off roof in 1.5 days. They updated me on the progress throughout the day while I was at work. They cleaned up the property after the job was over and provided great service with professional service men. Highly recommend Turkmasters!

My experience from initial contact to job completion with Moses from Turkmasters was extremely positive.
He was responsive and professional. The pricing that I was quoted, was very much in line with others that quoted the job too.
I really liked that he was flexible regarding scheduling. He even personally delivered shingle samples a few times when my wife and I could not make up our minds. In terms of the work that was completed, they showed up at approximately 10:00 a.m.
There were at least 12 guys on the crew. They tore off my old roof in a matter of hours and had the new roof completely installed and the site cleaned up by 6:00 pm.! I could not believe it. The roof looks fantastic. They did a first rate job on the installation and clean up was complete. What more could you ask for? Highly recommended.

Turkmasters was great from the beginning. We had 4 estimates done prior to choosing Turkmasters. All 4 were competitive but JR's professionalism stood out. They did a great job on the roof and clean up and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof.

We were all set to go on a Monday morning to begin the roof replacement and we were committed to a 3 day job due to the complexity of the roof. First thing on Monday, a blizzard warning came in for Tuesday night. Moe doubled the crew for the roof and got the entire job done before the storm came in. This was quality work as well, not a corner was cut.
They got most all of the cleanup done that night, and are going to come back to last touch-ups when the snow finally melts.
I have already recommended them to friends and colleagues, and will continue to do so.

I solicited 5 roofing bids from respectable companies. Turk Masters provide the most comprehensive proposal at the most competitive price. My property is one of the grand old houses of Buffalo. Turk Master performed a complete tear-off and replacement roof, including flashing and gutters within 5 days. Turk Masters Roofing did everything as agreed and came
in at the price bid. I will use them again on my other buildings.

After the work was finally started. And done ( 1 1/2days) It looked great ,I was totally satisfied.
