They spent a lot of time on the phone with us talking about what the problem was. She thought she was looking at a fiberglass shower stall by our conversation over the phone. When her husband came out, he looked at our shower stall and said it was plastic not fiberglass. He didn't know if his material would work here. They had a great idea of what I needed, it wasn't what they thought but they were still able to fix it. He was here from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m and if you looked at the floor of my shower stall, you would never know that it's not the original that was put in. He was able to inject some kind of product that they invented underneath the shower stall to stabilize it. They were able to refinish the bottom of my shower stall so it matches almost exactly. He cleaned up behind himself and I would bring them back in a heartbeat. They told us that $300 would be the max and we ended up at $350, and I wasn't disappointed at all. They are excellent people and we are thrilled with the results.
