They had a big price increase and some of the people they sent over I didn't really care for. They had a couple guys come in and drag dirt in with their construction boots. I had to clean up after them. They could've worn booties. They would come expectantly later. It was just a minor irritant. They had a 30% increase in price for the service. 

Wonderful. Very professional, clean, on time, friendly. We couldn't be happier.

They were available to come out and fix you the whole thing. They were very professional. They know what they’re doing. One thing I have an issue with, we give them a three day in terms of regular maintenance. I was a little bit straggled to get them to actually be proactive about it. We forgot to call them. In the back of my mind I was thinking, “They can take care of things. They know their schedule when we needed them to.” I was expecting them being here in fall. I thought that it was part of the deal that I don’t need to worry about those things. You have to make sure you call them to expect that something is wrong, I didn’t expect them to be proactive.

TRS purchased Complete Heat last year, and I think that they are just too big to be able to offer individualized service. I have had nothing but problems since they took over, and am in the process of finding a new company to service our heating and a/c units. I would not use TRS again, nor could I recommend them.

TRS is the way to go if you are looking for a furnace. I had 5 different quotes on furnaces and TRS was the cheapest and most thorough while giving me the quote. Peter Kay was the sales rep who worked with me and he was phenomenal. Peter did a great job educating me on what was necessary for the job and what was not without cutting corners. He also was the only sales technician that educated me on the rebates from both national fuel and the furnace company. In total he saved me over 500 bucks. For the install the guys were great. They were quick but very thorough. Overall my experience with TRS was phenomenal. Will definitely use them in the future.

This company took over Complete Heat but their service model is not up to standards of Complete Heat. The AC stopped workin properly on a hot Saturday night. We phoned for emergency service on the AC on a Sunday and were told by the technician that this did not count as an emergency. If I were to phone on Monday he would contact the ladies in the office and have some one come right out. This was the hottest weekend of this summer, the house became very hot. We got through Sunday and phoned them back at 8am on Monday. The woman on the phone told me in a rather unpleasant manner that they were all booked up until Thursday. Could not give me a time and told me I could phone elsewhere. I did. I called Emerald after consulting Angies List. The owner expalined they were busy but personally came out a few hours later and fixed the unit. If you used Complete Heat I would recommend taking the advice of the new owner TRS and going elsewhere..

They worked fast and they were very professional. They answered all of the questions we had and so far no problems.

1. No one showed up for the time TRS scheduled.
2. I received no call from TRS  that my appointment had been cancelled. 
3. I made arrangements to be home for the time TRS scheduled. 
4.  At 2pm 0n 6/28/2013 I called TRS and asked where was their tech? 
5.  I was told "well other people had problems with their AC so would I like to reschedule for a later date."
6.  NO--CANCEL MY APOINTMENT I WILL CONTACT ANOTHER COMPANY THAT HAS AN UNDERSTANDING WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS!

The last time TRS was here, they installed a new furnace. They were prompt and attentive. I'm very pleased with their service, and I would absolutely use them again.

We thought they did an excellent job with the estimate and installing each and every vent. They gave us exactly what we needed. We've had to call them twice because of situations that have come up from their job, but they're great at coming out and fixing it quickly. The workers were very professional and responsive. When you call them, you can talk right to the boss, not with people who don't make a difference. I recommend them.
