I employed Vinny tortora to manage my 2 properties in Buffalo for about 14 months. In that time he managed to allow one of my properties to become completely run down by sheer negligence. I apparently have a hole in my basement wall, several major plumbing issues and foundation problems. None of which I was informed of last time I came for a visit in may. I was told he didn't have the key to let me In and refused to show me the basement. I left thinking everything was OK and didn't find anything out until I got my new pm. In addition Vinny was awful to my tenants, didn't take care of the lawns or snow removal (I have tickets from the city that I had to personally pay) and the last month of employment two of my tenant rents mysteriously disappeared and I know they paid. If you want to throw your hard earned money down the drain, let your property fall apart and lose trust with tenants hire tortora
