Contractor was a NO SHOW once he took my one half deposit for the job. I currently have an unpaid judgment against this contractor from west seneca town court, which has been filed with Erie county clerks office in case he ever tries to get credit for anything. A lot of time time spent filing complaint, going to court, and the Erie county clerks office.

He did a decent job grading but once he reseeded I got some very large weeds.  I understand that some weeds will grow but I had weeds that were shoulder height.  He told me to put down weed killer but I didn't want to to do that because it will kill everything.  That was the last I heard from him even though I kept calling him to come out to take a look at it.  I ended up taking pictures and taking the pictures to the Attorney General's office.  I wanted to have a face-to-face conversation with him but he never came out.  I had to go and pull piles of weeds.
