The property is deteriorated, no landscaping (that is not even in their dictionary) prices for a 1 bedroom unit starts at $500.00, 2 rooms $600.00 and 3 rooms (2 bathroom right next to each other and the size of a closet ) for $700.00. bath tub that once was white now are brown (no detergent can change that) doors are from the 60's and with tons of layers of paint, hard wood floors that could be nicer have stain and paint under the varnish showing a very sloppy job. No life person to talk with if you have any question or tenant issue, always have to leave a message and pray for a call back. If you have good luck and they call you some of their employees will have good manners but to many of them seem to forget that thanks to the tenants they get pay and treat you like you are living for free or paying more than $600 for a project place NO COSTUMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL. Maintenance employees DO NOT HAVE any type of ID you never know who is coming in your place also they wont nock on the door or ring the bell (most of the bell's don't work) employees have a key for your door so they just walk in YES walk in! with no ID and I seriously doubt this ppl make any type of background checkout on their staff so you can have a big guy with long hair and beard, dirty clothing no uniform walking in your home while your getting dress in you room at any moment before 5pm (this happened to me). I had to install a alarm system to avoid repeating this situation even do is illegal in NY state to walk in a tenant place without a 24 hours notification. When I politely try to explained the laws in regards to this their replay to me was that this was their property and they could walk in it when ever they need to. Legally the only way they can do it during an emergency. They found out about the alarm system when one day maintenance staff connected an extension cord to my outside light fixture and opened my kitchen door to turn on the light for power which they needed for some work at the garages. And allow me to specify that only water is included in the rent. If you come to this apartments you will see big " BE WEAR OF THE DOG" signs every wear and is not because we all love dogs is because of the maintenance staff. Parking in their website is supposedly an amenity but in reality they have a $10.00 fee for it and parking are not assign something that annoy all tenants. And the best of all they will rent TO ANYBODY so you will have the cops in the property more often than what you will want them to be and at ANY hour of the day and night for fights or laud noises. And even if you record all the noise and party at 3am in the morning on a Thursday night and send it to all Buffalo Townhomes and Kissiling email, they will not take any actions Overall Kissiling Interest LLc, Hertel Homes or Buffalo Townhomes LLc are not a good places or property to live you will not be treated with any considerations and they will not respect non of your rights or money. Do your self a HUGE favor and spend your money some were else.
