Syracuse Glass Block

He was out for 2 weekends doing the work and did a phenomenal job! I can't say enough about the great service, great quality and incredible price.  He is the person to call if you want glass block windows.

Cleared area, installed, cleaned up... no problems what so ever.

A hardworking but rather grubby tradesman installed 8 windows. Admittedly, it was a dirty job to remove the old windows, but the concrete basement had been freshly painted and although I asked him to use a tarp to catch the debris, he didn't want to. There were lots of greasy handprints on the walls after he was done, and he cleaned up the big debris but not the dust and crumbles. We asked for a more thorough clean-up, and he made an valiant effort, but he didn't eradicate 100% of it. I spent another hour wiping off handprints and washing up the floor and window ledges. The up side: They were 18% cheaper than another company. The masonry craftsmanship was slightly lesser than BGB's job, but for the subject house it was an acceptable tradeoff.

I used Syracuse Glass Block for the first time, and I was very pleased with what they did. They arrived on time and even came back to fix some mortar cracks that he had noticed on my foundation. He did this at no cost. They were very professional.
