It went very well. They were very professional and understanding. They did everything they said they would do and in a timely manner. The roof looks very good and we are getting compliments on it. We were very pleased from the beginning to the end of the project. I give them an A+ on the work and they way they handled things.

I have used them several times. They are like a contractor and they sub-contract. I think I have used them for three years in a row for all different things and I was pleased with them. They did about 4-5 different things and I was pleased with all of the stuff they did. Even though they subcontract, I have so many things done that are assorted things; every one of the things that they recommended is done really good. They are high quality subcontractors.

Another construction company wanted to charge us three times the amount that we spent with Surety for the same work. we were really satisfied with their work.

After searching for construction companies and reviewing Angie's list, we called Surety Construction for an estimate. Within days, Sales Manager Fred Johnson was at our home. Although our home is sided, all the window and door frames were exposed wood that had never been sided. To eliminate the necessity of constantly having to paint every couple of years we decided to have them covered. We also have a large wooden storage shed in the back yard that we decided to have sided. Furthermore, an octagon window on the upper peak of our home had to be removed and replaced as the wood around it was rotting. Fred was very patient with us; no high pressuring. He sent us several different estimates as we changed our minds about certain jobs. Pricewise, his estimates were not the least amount but not the highest either. After we agreed to terms, a week later workers came to our home. It took a week for completion. We have many windows, at least 25, as well as a large bay window in the kitchen and 4 doors. The shed was covered and the octagon window replaced. The work was of the highest quality and the overall look of everything completed is terrific. The workers were very professional yet also very polite and ready to answer any questions we had. After completing their work for the day, they completely cleaned up everything. We would be happy to recommend Surety Construction to anyone contemplating having work done on their home or business.

I would refer Surety Construction. They were reasonably priced and did a good job. They were on time and it only took them a couple of days. They also cleaned up really good when they were done.

I would recommend Surety Construction. I was upset that they did not do the trim. Normally they do a really good job. I will use them again in the future.

Most aspects went smooth if an issue came up it was resolved to my satisfaction. They were very prompt and neat. We had no mess to clean up when they left, which I have never experienced before! I would highly recommend this company! You will not be sorry.

It was not a good experience. The owner of the company was quite good. However it was the people that were doing the work that were the problem. You don't know if they just started working that day or whatever. The roof in question leaked twice and destroyed the floor. They are not professional. The owner is professional, he comes out and does the estimates, but the workmanship was terrible. It's all in the people that they use. We had to fix it ourselves after the second leakage.

They do everything; they check my roof and do roofing, house painting etcand hellip; and every time I have had any experience with them or their salesman, has been highly professional. The work that they do is really good. Some of the estimates that I got for rebuilding a relatively small porch were very very high and everybody who came in to look at it wanted to do something with bricks as it was a brick porch. Surety Constructed suggested that they build a wooden porch and I was happy with it. So they literally took everything out and rebuilt the entire porch and the front part is wood. It's beautiful and it cost me $3000. They are wonderful people. If they didn't do such good work along with the work that they have done, I couldn't have spoken higher for them.

They were excellent. They had best price. The service was good. They were prompt and reliable.

I was very happy with this company because the price was fair, the work commenced and was completed in a very timely manner and the work quality was excellent. All debris was removed upon completion of the siding.
