SpotLess Premier

I bought vouchers (twice) from a well known voucher site. The first time I bought a voucher I made an appointment by phone. I received a confirmation, by email. We moved the furniture, I stayed home for the entire day and they were a no-show. I tried to reach them by phone and by email. I left several messages and rec'd no response. The site,from which I purchased the voucher gave me a credit. Several months later the same site had another coupon. Assuming the problem was fixed. I purchased another voucher. ( I know-really,REALLY stupid!)anyway...I made an appointment,by email, and rec'd a confirmation. About a week before the scheduled appt. I was contacted and told they had to reschedule. and they gave me a date. I contacted them AGAIN telling them it wouldn't be a good day,as I had to work. They replied that the "boss" was having surgery and that it was the only time they could come. I took the day off from work...moved the furniture...and waited...and waited. NO-SHOW!!!! Tried to contact them AGAIN. Phone messages not returned. Emails not returned. I contacted the voucher site. The customer service representative at the voucher site actually said,"Good luck with that.",when I told him about trying to contact Spotless Premier, and gave me a credit. 

TWICE I made an appointment, online as requested and TWICE they did not come out.  I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time due to the Groupon offers so I waited until they weren't as busy. Scheduled appointment WEEKS in advance -- forget reaching them on the phone, after 90 minutes, said they would call me back but never did. After taking a day off of work and moving all my furniture, they were a complete NO SHOW and no call back!!!! No explanation, no apology - I even left voicemail message a third time to call me back so we can discuss ... NOTHING!!!!  I can see this happening once but it happened TWICE.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I  had Spotless Premier come to my house to clean my carpets as I had
purchased a Groupon. I had some stains from my dogs and kids that needed
to be removed.  They were on time, friendly, professional, and the
quality of the job they did was amazing.  I have already recommended to
my aunt who also needed her carpets cleaned and she thought they were
outstanding!  I will definitely be using them again

Set up appointment well in advance of date requested.  After moving all
furniture in preparation they were a no show.  Getting thru to them to
find out why was nearly impossible.  After getting a call back (on the
pretense of being a new customer).  The owner apologized profusely and
said he would make it up to me for the inconvenience etc etc.  Set up a
new appointment (said he would come out himself on a Saturday (I was
going away for an extended period of time and needed it done for a get
together before then).
Once again moved furniture and another no
show.  No calls no explanations.  I eventually got a refund from
Groupon.  Would never considers this company again for anything.

hold because the owner was on another call. After about 15 mins. on hold the technician said he could not wait any longer and he left. The owner eventually called me back and apologized for the inconvenience and said as compensation that he would clean the carpet in all 4 rooms plus a hallway and stairs and it would include moving all the furniture. A new appointment was set and the tech.  did a good job cleaning the carpets. The only problem I had was it was difficult to contact the office and speak with a person. I would get a message saying they were busy and to leave a message but no one would get beck to me. Overall i was very satisfied with the end result and their efforts to compensate me for any inconvenience with the first appointment.

It didn't go at all........

    I FEEL THAT THE FIRST PART OF THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT BUT AFTER THE EMPLOYEE WAS TOLD TO HURRY

 THAT THE BALANCE OF THE WORK WAS INFERIOR.
    I THINK THEY ARE CAPABLY OF DOING EXCELLENT WORK BUT IN THIS CASE DID NOT SO I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN.
    THE PRICE WAS EXCELLENT FOR THE AMOUNT OF WORK DONE.
