Service master did some work on my home after we had a house fire. We needed a lot of work done including replacing kitchen cabinets and painting. The painting that was done looked like a child had done it. There was paint everywhere. All over the outlet plates (why wouldn’t you remove them?) and on our curtains (again, why wouldn’t you remove them before painting?). There were also several paint brush bristles stuck in the paint on our walls. They also replaced my kitchen cabinets with cabinets I never approved of and were different than the other cabinets in my kitchen and now don’t match. I let them keep my deposit and then we parted ways for us to hire someone else to fix their mistakes.

They were great. They came and did what they said they would do. They were cooperative and let us know what room they were going to. I felt the price was reasonable.

Came over promptly to give estimate. Estimate $150 (actual: $163). Arrived on schedule. Very professional and thorough. Gave effort to determine origin of stains and degree of problem.

Servicemaster did what we asked them to do and did what they said they would. The carpet was not wet or soaked it was just fine. They arrived when they were supposed to. I am very happy with this company.

ServiceMaster has always done a great job. They work really hard to get all of the stains out. I've used them many times, and I've never had any problems with them at all.
