Our office had a leak under the sink and we called Schmit's Plumbing to set up an appointment.  They were able to come the next morning.  They actually were able to come an hour earlier than was originally scheduled.  They diagnosed the problem as a cracked fitting and put in a temporary repair. Parts were ordered and the temporary part was replaced 36 hours later.  We are happy with the repair and Schmit's Plumbing's promptness.
We've used Schmit's Plumbing many times in the past and we will always call them for any plumbing or heating problem that we may have.  They are honest and prompt with their work and we have recommended them to many neighbors and relatives.

Great service, they were flexible and helped tremendously in maintenance on my house.

We use them all the time. They're excellent. They're very good and they don't rip you off. We've used him also for minor issues as well. He's very honest and confident. He was here as recent as December doing some repairs and the cost was about $250 in total. His prices are very competitive and he responds quickly. If he can't do it, he'll tell you if he can.

The Schmit brothers arrived on time and finished the whole job by 2 pm the same day. They kept me informed throughout the day. They cleaned up before they left and all was very tidy.
I mentioned to Paul I had a list of other projects that needed to be completed before putting the house on the market and he offered suggestions to take care of many of the items on my list. I could not be happier with their service and professionalism.
