Description of Work: We called Brian after a (buyer's) Home Inspection had indicated we needed to replace the electrical box. He had done other electrical installation work for us over the years. Brian is a top notch professional who has been in the business many years with an excellent reputation. He was fair and reasonable with his immediate estimate! However, the new buyer opted not to do the work right away.
