I met Sal after having a rough experience with my first Realtor. He was great to work with from the get go. From the first meeting he got to know a little about me and my needs/ wants for a house. I went through the offer process twice with him (first house did not pass the home inspection to my standards). The whole time he was very good at communicating and and relating. The three biggest strong points I can say about Sal is that he:
1. Won't make you feel like just a customer but shows a vested interest in your home search.
2. Will not push a house. Time and time again, he told me "When it is right, you will know. Doesn't matter if it takes 2 or 200 houses to find it". This was huge to me after hearing agents at open houses feel that if you look at more then 20 then you have "analysis paralysis" .
3. Will look out for you and not out to make a quick buck. I had a few house viewings where before walking in, he told me "this is not for you", and every time he was right.
