My fiancee and I went to S and E to purchase wedding bands. We were referred to S and E by my inlaws who had also purchased jewelry at S and E. We were immediately greeted by Hassan as we approached the display cases. He seemed to have a very good knowledge of the different types of metals, styles, and options with the rings we were looking at. He referred to James, who is the president of S and E for a few things to get confirmation.
I asked about a few rings that couldn't be sized by a jeweler and had to be done from the manufacturer. James was nice enough to make a phone call asking about the price, time frame and some other details while Hassan continued to show us some rings. Neither employee was pushy or wanted us to get rings out of our price range. They both shared personal experience and stories, which kept the experience relaxing. The selection of jewlery reflects the smaller size of the store, but they informed us that other designs and styles could be ordered without a problem. Not being able to try some of the ones they had in the catalog was one of the only caveats to the purchase.
Hassan, left to fulfill a personal obligation and James took care of us. Unaware of a current deal in place, he gave us a considerable discount for purchasing the rings. We also added free engraving to both rings. All-in-all it was a great purchasing experience and we are very pleased. They know their stuff and if they aren't sure about something they will look it up or call to get the correct info to you. I would definitely do business again with S and E.
