They are “A” all the way.  They were very good.  I looked a lot of appliance repair from Angie’s List and no one would like to repair it because it was very old and they wanted us to bring it in but Rockelman came and they ordered the parts and they got it right the next week.  They were the only ones that had no problem.  The cost was very reasonable but I don’t remember.  They came out right away.

They were prompt, fast and they did not over charger for a small repair. I would recommend them.

I was very pleased with this company. They were responsive, communicated well the timing of the visits and successfully repaired the oven. I thought the cost was very reasonable and I am happy I do not need to replace the appliance.

Got there on time, discovered problem and had speedy results. Very pleased with their service.

Our call was answered quickly and the service man came as appointed. He knew what he was doing as he found the problem quickly. He repaired the machine, cleaned up the site and wrote the invoice. Everything went without a hitch. I have used them before and recommended them to a friend.

The repairman came and did nothing but hmmmm hawwwww. Older gentlemen that really couldn't be bothered. Complained about everything he had to look at. Finally said and quot;nothing we can do about this fridge?and quot; You need a new one!

Looked to me like he didn't want to be bothered with anyone. Terrible personality.
Never call again!

He came on time. He pulled out my refrigerator and saw where the leak was coming from. He told me that considering my refrigerator was over 20 years old, and the repair would be extensive and expensive, it was not worth fixing. I appreciated his professionalism and honest.

I described the problem and he explained what the issue was and let me know what it would cost to fix it. I already spoke with several people had knowledge of this issue so I knew he wasn't pulling a fast one. He was straight forward and fixed the dryer quickly. I was very happy with his service and would recomend and use him again.

I called him and he set up an appointment for the very next day. I was so pleased with his service that I had him look at my stove which was also giving me problems. He did not have the part with him so he ordered it and came back to fix the stove. Since he looked at the stove after he fixed the frig he did not charge me an extra trip charge when he came back to fix the stove. Again, I was very pleased with his service.

I had moved into a new home. It was a local move, but the movers were not as careful as they could have been and there a few small dents on the refrigerator. I soon realized the refrigerator was not keeping the food cold enough. I called Rockelman Appliance Co. and they were able to send someone out the next day. The serviceman arrived on time, was courteous, went right to work on the refrigerator. He reformed several tests and determined that the damper was closed. He corrected the problem. He did suggest that the refrigerator may need a new control panel if the problem was not corrected, but the refrigerator has work perfectly. I was very happy with the service, the serviceman was prompt, courteous, professional. I had not used Rockelman Appliance before, but would definitely call them again !

This was not the first time a repairman had been to visit my dishwasher. But this guy was the first to discover that the original installation was incorrect. It has to do with the drainage tube between the disposal and the dishwasher. (I have since seen this on the Internet and it appears to be something anybody in the dishwasher installation business SHOULD know.)
Anyway, this repairman found the problem, explained the mild it caused and replaced the tube/flexible pipe.

I was very impressed. I wish all repair people took the time to investigate the situation as thoroughly as this guy did.

Called to have some one come down. Gentleman came down on 4/30 and ran some tests. He had some difficulty getting access to some of the components because and quot;each refrigerator is a bit different.and quot; Once he had access and ran his tests he narrowed in on the defrost thermostat. BUT unfortunately, due to the design of the refrigerator, he couldn't get to the access panel because it was buried under an inch or two of frost and ice (because it wasn't defrosting). SO, I needed to empty the entire refrigerator and freezer and let all the ice defrost. It wasn't fun, but there was no other alternative. The next day after I mopped up all the water on the floor, I called to arrange for the repair man to come down. The guy came down (not the same guy as the previous day, but it didn't matter). He replaced the broken thermostat. Put the refrigerator back together and made sure it was working.
They were very professional and on time. They called ahead of when they were coming.
The refrigerator and freezer are working perfectly now.

It went great. No complaints.
