I called the company on Wednesday March 4 2015 at about 630 pm after I found some water leaking in my living room. The owner Mr. Richard Tredo called me right back a few minutes after I left a message and said he could come out on Thursday march 5th to do en estimate.  He left the estimate in my side door with the amount listed for the service on the back of his business card.  I called him right back on Thursday march 5th and asked him when he could come and do the work.  He stated that he could come first thing on Friday morning and it would take a few hours to clear the ice and snow off of my roof.  After completing their work I had no more leaking of water in my living room. I would highly recommend they were prompt, did what they said they would do and for a very reasonable price. I couldn't be more pleased.
