It took them 6 months to build the garage. Not only that, I had to constantly watch them and make sure they weren't trying to take shortcuts. I think some of the workers had never done anything like this before, they seemed very inexperienced. They didn't respond to my communications very well. If I hadn't been there to watch everything they were doing, my garage probably would have fallen down by now. I gave him a lot of money upfront but he was having trouble even getting the job started.
