all went well. I really don't have time for all this.

They were here to deliver when they said they would be, they set it up showed us how to work the power recliners, and left. After they left I sat on it to see how it worked and for comfort but it didn't. It was about 15 minutes after they left my home so i called the store and they gave me the warehouse phone number and said it would be best for me to call and tell them the situation and try to reach them before they left the Island. I did that and they returned within 15 minutes and couldn't get the power recliner to work and said they would send a repair man out. Well after a few minutes of thinking about it i called the store and told them I was going to cancel my credit card payment and that I wanted a new set because this was defective they then said they would call me back in a few minutes-when they called they said a repairman is on the way and they would have him fix or order me a new one and deliver it in less than a week. the repairman was able to replace the motor and it has worked ever since. I was disappointed that the store manager didn't call me back -I actually called them after the repairman left and told the reception I was sorry for acting agressivly but to also understand that I paid about $2000.00 just for the couch and was in total shock that it didn't work properly. All turned out well and I am enjoying my new furniture.

They are very good and try to give me a good deal. When they deliver, they put the furniture all together and check it over before they leave. I have been satisfied with their service.
