Updating my November review...my bathroom sink leaked like crazy, found that out the hard way a few weeks after work was completed. Fortunately I am handy and fixed it myself. They obviously did not check for leaks before they left. However, the more serious offense was that he stole my 4' copper pipe that was removed from the old hot water tank! Makes me wonder what else he stole from my basement without my knowledge.

After Kevin's visit to take care of the leak, he called me and said my mother had shut all the water off in the entire house. When the water was turned on, there was no leak. Kevin tightened up a few things and observed the toilet as he flushed it several times. Still no leak. Kevin refused payment for the visit, stating he most likely will be there some time in the future and I can pay him then for services rendered. He did not want to be paid for not doing anything. But, he did travel to the house, inspected the toilet, and did work on it. I insisted that I needed to pay him and he refused, again. He is a blessing. If you are on the Niagara frontier and need plumbing done, Rainbow Plumbing is the one to call. I never met the man face to face and, if I ever do, I will gratefully shake his hand.

They showed up on time, immediately connected the new line with our existing pipe. The line was extended to a hole drilled in the floor. A valve was installed and it was finished in less than one hour.

I can't say enought about my encounter with this plumber. He was honest, skilled and efficient. I will use him in the future and continue to recommend him to my friends.

He's a wonderful plumber. He's been coming here for 5 years so I think we like him. He's very no no none-sense, personable, neat and clean. What ever is wrong he fixes.

He is very good. He is very efficient and he comes when he says he is going to come. He does the work and is clean, neat and good. He is reliable.
