Our technician was Robert, he couldn't have been more polite and respectful. He arrived wilthin a few min of our scheduled app. He asked some questions about the job we contracted for and then got right to work. He answered all our questions knowledgably, He did a wonderful job on our "ancient" carpet, the traffic patterns disappeared and the areas that get lighter use looked like brand new when he finished.
Our greatest concern was how much residual moisture there would be. Both Robert and the owner of the company assured us that the carpet would be dry in 6 to 8 hours. Robert recommended that we get some fans going even though it was winter and the windows and doors were closed tight. By Golly, it worked! The carpet WAS dry within the time frame given much to our relief.
We are very pleased with services provided by Rainbow International and highly recommend them!

According to my tenants they arrived on time and were very polite. They detailed exactly what they were going to do and accomplished it in a timely manner. The carpets had not been cleaned since they were installed over two years ago. They were stained with coffee, winter snow, mud and salt, and had not been kept up. I had been thinking about replacing the carpet with tile.
Rainbow did such a good job that everything looks new again! All the stains are gone! Unbelievable! Wish I had some before and after photos.
I will definitely be calling them out annually to maintain these areas.
In addition, because the tenants were so impressed with the work, I believe one of the tenants has planned on getting their living room furniture cleaned by them.
Finally...a company that gets it right the first time!
