Looking for a florist in Cheektowaga, I called Bengert (yesterday.) I had never heard of them but they were close to where I needed the flowers to go, as I was hoping for a last minute delivery. I was thrilled when they said they could do a same day delivery to my dear friend, who is currently going through chemo-therapy. The floral arrangement they sent her was bright, cheery, and beautiful. -Just what she needed to brighten up her day! The picture shown is one she took and sent to me. I think its breathtaking- just what a fall floral arrangement should look like. ( I may even order one for myself!) I am so very grateful to this service for being there to help me out wth this last minute gift. My friend was very pleasantly surprised! We are both extremely happy with this service and I will be using them again in the future.

The floral piece I ordered and the piece that was delivered looked nothing alike. Not even close. I was embarrassed at the lack of quality when I saw a photo of the flowers. I ordered Teleflora's Merry and Bright - I got a cheap cube with some greens and a few pathetic looking daisys. When I called, I was told they delivered the piece I ordered. When we started to go through the flowers I expected to see vs what I saw in the photo, she admitted they were "out" of most of them and had substituted. I totally "get" that florists cannot always have the flowers for a piece. However, when a piece is supposed to have roses and they substitute Christmas greens - something isn't right. At first, the staff were downright beligerent and said there was nothing they could do but "pick up the piece and refund my money". I said, no, I wanted them to fix it. Eventually they were picked up by a "cranky old lady" (exact words of my friend receiving the flowers) and much later returned with a few spray roses stuck in the original piece. From start to finish, this was a terrible experience. I do not recommend this florist.
