We have been waiting for over two months for them to come back to fix their error. They do not return phone calls. Reached out to the BBB. Queen City Quartz and Granite does not respond to them either. I should have checked. They have an F rating. I do not recommend.

The owner ripped us off for the $4000 down payment. Never showed up to measure or install. He said he would refund our money but never did? If you check other review sites youâ ll find we are not the only ones he ripped off. Donâ t trust this guy.

After researching and getting estimates from many different places for counter tops, we decided to go with Queen City Quartz. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and the installers were very professional. Everything was explained to me clearly and they kept to the timeline they gave me. Our counters are gorgeous! We are so pleased with Queen City and highly recommend them!
