 + -1 moreGreat Customer Service... Extraordinary Results! I was very pleased with everyone at Pristine Chem-Dry! Everyone I had contact with cares and takes pride great pride in their work. They cleaned my carpets and upholstery as if it were their own. It dried as promised in about 2 hours. I was happy enough that I scheduled an appointment with them to come back and clean the grout in my sons shower. Bill Knoche, Hamburg NY
