I felt the spa took a long time to arrive. Delivery went well. Used the spa for 4 weeks and had to have service. Poor response time.

Pool Brite has a product that is better than all other spas. They gave us very detailed instructions on the upkeep of the spa. If we have any problems we need to call them. We also were given a warranty.
