I called the service manager and head of Pool Brite several times throughout the month of service to discuss my issues with their services.  The service manager assured me that they would follow up and take care of things.  I then attempted to reach the head of Pool Brite again once I received my monthly bill because nothing had been done to resolve or address my complaints.  No reply despite several voice messages. They then hired a collecting agency to harass me until I promptly paid the bill because I did not have time to deal with this unprofessional and unethical company.  The collector actually told me on record that the head of Pool Brite had been screening my calls and never intended to return them! 
My husband and I are both prominent physicians in the community and have several friends with pools and many who will be putting in pools.  They all know that Pool Brite is an extremely unprofessional business with poor quality staff and a lack of ethics. 
I would definitely not recommend their services to anybody and for those who are currently using them - I would advise going to another service.

They had prompt service.

They did a fast job of it, but had problems with the pump and the heater after they left.  They came back once more after I called, but the heater failed again, so I did not call them back.

I did not feel that they provided any personal attention or provide detailed instructions to a first-time pool owner.  They were in a hurry!

Overall that service went well except in order to put some cinder block away and one guy bent our rose bush way over. They did a good job with the pool, but we were not happy with that. We spent $425 the last time we used them. We like that they respond to messages and come when they are scheduled. The owner is terrific, but some of her people that are sent out are just not very good.

We've had the pool for ten years and this is the first time we've used Pool Brite and they did much better work than those in the past. They stacked everything neatly, were timely, polite and did way beyond what other companies have in the past. I was very satisfied with them and they will becoming back in the Spring to reopen the pool. Their price was a few dollars more that what I had paid in the past but once seeing their work it was clearly worth it.

They are timely, very professional and always helpful. I have recommended them to friends, who have also been satisfied with their service. This is a great company!

I do like their service. Pool openings are a lot of work. They handle all of the vacuuming, cleaning, chlorinating, and other tasks to get it up and running. They always do a good job. The price is very reasonable for the amount of work involved.

Ordered a spa from the company. It took 6 weeks delivery. Set up went fine and delivery. We were told we wouldn't have to change our expensive filter for 3 months. Filter had to be changed in 4 weeks. Not what we were promised. Had to speak to the manufacturer's rep at a pool show to have any satisfaction. Pool Brite showed up about one month later to check on it. Side of spa cracked due to cover lift. Called Pool Brite and they never showed up. Returned the call and they finally showed up one month later. Looked at the damage in the rain and dark. Called us the next day to say that someone had to vandalize the outside of the spa to have that extent of damage. There was no vandalism in our yard. The cover lift stressed the side of the spa to the extent that it cracked the side of the spa. Still no satisfaction. They will put a claim into Sundance spas, but we were told they probably will not cover the side of the spa. We will have to pay $200.00 - $300.00 to replace.

Pool Brite is very hard to get a hold of. The leakage was not repaired by the damaged jet, but it still needed to be replaced. They are a busy company.

We have used Pool Brite for 16 years to open & close our pool, & to fix leaks. They do a wonderful job. They even do extra things like bringing out all the poles & accessories for the pool, & fixing pilot lights. They are just really nice.
