Apparently never coming back to replace the one tile, fix the multi-colored grout (which is supposed to be only one color), or return my garage door transmitter and house key! They were more expensive than our other estimates. They cleaned up after themselves most of the time. Would love reimbursement for the locks having to be changed and the new transmitter. Their craftmanship is fine, it's the details you have to keep on them about.
