Removed my computer and took it home. Performed hardware diagnostics in which I never actually saw the results. Called me three days later and informed me my hard drive is failing and advised me to replace the hard drive and back up data immediately in which he would perform for $300. I told him just do the tune up only. Then he told me if I don't replace the hard drive it could cost me up to $1800 to repair. Had someone else check my hard drive in which no errors were found.
