He was good. His place was good. Price was great. I had other estimates. One estimate was like 4,000 and he did it for 1150 dollars.

Contact with this crew was a bit spotty, there were times I would call and get no response for a couple days.  The work was pretty good, if not amazing.  I had to shim the toilet a bit to prevent some rocking after the new flange was put in, but they thoroughly fixed the leaks and the price was great.  One of the crew even showed me why I was having trouble getting the flush to properly clear and refill the water in the bowl for free.  Nice enough people.
Really, the biggest reason I don't recommend them is communication.  I've twice left messages for followup work to different things and gotten no return call.

Job was time consuming. Aprox. 5 hours for 2 men. did a couple of extra things during the repair . Cleaned up after themselves. Over all, a good job. while I didn't request a quote prior to the work being done, I think for the time spent', the cost was fair.

On time, good job, good price. I intend to call them for additional plumbing work in my home.

Multi day jobs over a 2 week period. Paul and his crew of Dave & Steve arrived promptly on each scheduled day and time, that was impressive.  They worked hard to keep their estimated completion time, they were very professional. They had a long list of jobs to do and did them all at a great price.  very statisfied with their work, they are to return in the spring to complete the final phase.

They came at the time decided on. They first came to the door asked about the job and accessed the work. Both men asked me what I would prefer to be done and proceeded with my agreement of the work. They completed the job at the prescribed time then tested the gas line and grill area. They wrote the bill presented it and were paid by check.

He has been my plumber for years and I highly recommend him. They are always there when I need them; even on emergency weekend calls. The people they send to do work for me are wonderful; no problem whatsoever. They are very professional and courteous.

.He answered our "distress" calls promptly, provided options for each repair, and arrived to do the job when he said he would.

I have had them numerous times.  Everything is fine with them.

They are very good.  We have used them about three or four times.  You feel really comfortable having them in your home.  They are neat and clean with their work.  They did a thorough job.  They kept us from flooding out and they were really nice.  They went above and beyond and cleaned up everything all the way out to the street.  They made sure that the plumbing work was fine.  They were there the same morning we called.  Their price was excellent.  Their punctuality and professionalism were both very good.

I've been using them for more than 20 years.  They're very reliable and I've always been satisfied with their work.  They're also very nice.

The serviceman gave me the estimate over the phone, so I never actually met the guy, but he seemed pleasant. The price that they quoted us was over $150 more than was the gentleman we actually got to do the work for the exact same water heater. I would check around for other prices before choosing this contractor.
