 + -1 moresee above. it took about 3 weeks for the ordered panel to arrive.
Description of Work: we had the lower panel of our garage door rust. door was installed by Overhead door throught the builder 6-7 years ago. they ordered the panel for free (under warranty) but paid for labor and installation. it usually takes them till the next day maximum to return your calls. if you call early in the mornong (7:30-8:00 am) you could get hold of someone rather than wait for a call back. overall happy with the srvice and would recommend Overhead Co of Erie County.

 + -1 moreThe door just wasn?t going up or down. A spider web had grown over the eye. They could?ve told us that something else was wrong and charged us, but all they did was wipe away the spider web and it the door was working. We only had to pay them the charge to come over to our house. I had once given them a call and left a message. When I hadn?t heard from them I called back two days later. They weren?t sure as to why they hadn?t heard the call, but they found somebody who was in the area and sent him out later that morning.
Description of Work: We used Overhead Door Co Of Erie County to repair our garage door.

They responded very quickly, arranging to replace the garage door opener the next day. They called ahead to let us know they were coming and arrived on time. The installer was pleasant and professional, and he did a great job of cleaning up after he was done.The garage door opener works perfectly and the installer gave me some tips on maintaining the garage door in the future.
